While other IKEA stores were reporting decreases, sales for the IKEA Houston store increased by 8.5% and visitors increased by 5.9% making them number one in sales increases that year in the entire World!
Our Process
Advanced Marketing Strategies conducted our 3-D process for the IKEA Houston store. A plan was created that targeted specific demographics and PRIZM geodemographic lifestyles that were more likely to purchase furniture. The plan also targeted key Hispanic demographic segments that AMS identified as missing from the previous store marketing efforts. AMS developed a creative messaging strategy in all advertising mediums in English and Spanish including radio, television, print, emails, digital and direct mail.
